Do you need drum tracks for your songs, music, film or television
project? Are you a songwriter or Composer and need a great recording
of your song? Are you tired of spending hours editing drum loops or
programming drum machines, placing samples or messing with midi? Do
you need a great drum track without having to spend the time
to edit and program? If the answer is yes
to any of these questions then you've come to the
right place! I've been doing sessions in studios for years as a drummer and engineer
and have often thought about a better and less expensive way to get great
drum tracks. Most studios charge you for their setup time, studio
time, and teardown time as well as paying an engineer for their time. You
then have to pay for the musicians and cartage. It can be $1000 and up per
song just for good drum tracks , very expensive! Not
at Real Drum Studio my price is typically around $75 to $150 per song depending
on what you need (We can work
out package deals for multiple songs.) I use the Highest
Quality recording equipment in a real
recording studio specifically designed to record drums, not cheap
mic's and a firepod. All drum tracks are Master
Quality!!! I can supply you with
tracks that are processed (Gated, Equalized, Compressed etc.) or raw drum tracks with no processing at all.
Of course the raw
drum tracks
would be less expensive because of the time required. Typically I'll
record 12 tracks, sub kick, Kick, Snare Top, Snare Bottom, Hat, Tom1,
Tom2, Tom3, Overhead Left, Overhead Right, Left and Right Room. Of course different miking for different situations can also include, external kick,
side snare, bottom tom mikes, the possibilities
are endless.
While having worked with
some of the music industries greatest artists in both capacities (drummer
and audio engineer), I have the distinct ability to play great drum
tracks and get a great drum sound. I've played
sessions in some of the most renowned studios in the world and have built
a drum studio that's as good as any. I pride myself as a precision
in the pocket groove player with innovative grooves and feels. I'm extremely
versatile and will work with you to get the exact
drum
tracks you want. I guarantee that you will be 100% happy with your

un-named project. We did a really nice song from Tom Hoy with Dillon
Dixon singing. He's amazing. Did drum tracks on another great Joe Colledge song. I think he has one left for his new CD. November - Feburary 2009
Finished mixing John Fosters 12 songs for John Foster for Follow your plan.
Tracked another project for Pan Productions.
Had lots of Turkey.
Tracking drums for John Wagner.
June - October 2008
I can't believe how busy things have been. Been working on more tracks for
Ed at Follow you plan. He has
several different artists I have been working with.
Rye Randa and I are just about ready to track vocals with John Foster at
the end of the month.
I'll be tracking a few more songs with Three Dog Night in October.
Just finishing up 10 mixes for
Julio Melgar from Guatemala. Great Contemporary Christian music.
April and May 2008
Working with my friends Kenny Lee Lewis and Billy Peterson from Steve
Millers band on the sound track to their new movie Off The Hook

Happy New Year everyone!!!
Received an email from my friend Chris Allman from Slam City Productions.
Chris is one of the top producers from Barbados. His tracks are flawless!!!!
"Hey great news, Livvi the artistes whose tracks you played on was
officially signed to Jive in November!!!! So they are continuing the recording
process with her so we're keeping our finger crossed that our tracks make the
album..."
The Victors mixes are finished and are being mastered a Lurssen Mastering!!

Just received an email from my Swiss friends Bora Lane and Silvio (Pan Productions)
The tracks I worked on for them are being mixed (George Shilling) and
should be released the beginning of 2008.
Tracking drums for a great songwriter from England Oliver Southgate.
He writes some of the most interesting and hooky songs!!
I Have been mixing some cuts for the upcoming CD for the Victors.
These guys have great songs and a wonderful sound. A pleasure to mix!!!
